Maybe everyone knows that Santorini, Greece, is the place of one of the largest volcanic eruptions of the human history. And that it created a gigantic tsunami that destroyed the Minoan civilization in Crete. Fortunately it occurred 3 600 years ago. But we guess that some of you knows more about Santorini. They know that this is nowadays a really, really beautiful island which offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea. If you have to be convicted that Santorini is the next place to travel right now, just have a look at these pictures (not to much, it could blind you and make you do your pack the next hour).
Lovely hotels have made this island a wonderful place to stay. Swimming pool suspended at the cliffs over the sea, romantic restaurants with astonish point of view, nice small villages with tight streets and white wall houses. Everything is so cute.
